Jump Manual Free Workbook Download

Below is the Jump Manual free workbook that offers some great tips that can help you jump higher fast. It’s something you can try for yourself to see if the book’s author has some useful things to say that will help you jump better or if it’s worthless or a scam.

One of the questions I had when I first learned about the Jump Manual was “does this really work or is it like the others?”

I’ve tried a number of different jump programs before and some did give me a few inches but nothing to get excited about. The problem was a lot of these training workouts tell us that we can gain a many inches but in the end we only see maybe 2 to 4 inches.

What Changed My Mind?

How to Jump Higher FastOne thing we all know as consumers is that trying something out and testing it ourselves is probably the best way of knowing if something works, and just as importantly works well for you.

The Jump Manual free download is the PDF workbook (see download link below) that convinced me to finally try the program. And I suggest that you try it too.

Don’t take my word for it, try it yourself.

If it doesn’t work or is something you don’t see yourself doing or helping you, then disregard it.

It’s free anyway.

Inside the Free Workbook: How to improve your vertical jump fast

If you’ve read our review here, the one thing about the Jump Manual is that it is an all-around program. It isn’t focused just of working the legs but takes the athlete as a whole.

The entire focus of the program is jumping higher but on the way to that I realized that my conditioning got better, my overall strength improved including by core and upper body, I got more athletic overall, and also ran faster, which was a pleasant surprise.

In the free workbook, you’ll see a glimpse of how it does this.

Here are some things that are included inside that help improve jumping ability in under an hour.

  1. Understanding how to choose you sneakers for basketball and what to look for when picking them. Hint, it’s not about looks or the brand.
  2. The e-book also reveals something that all of us need to incorporate into our routine before doing our workouts.
  3. How to do dynamic warm-ups to improve your jump.
  4. It shows a number of stretches to help you jump higher.
  5. Tips on how to load your steps for more explosive jumping power.
  6. And a few more.
  7. Try it out and tell me if it worked for you too.

What Makes the Jump Manual Different?

Have you tried the free exercises and tips yet?

If you did you’ll notice that it isn’t always about just jumping or lifting weights. That there are a few other things that are involved the process.

The Jump ManualFor me, this is what makes the Jump Manual different. You can read more in our review here.

It isn’t just about jumping a hundred times or more, nor is it about going to the weight room and busting out some squats.

What’s included in the full version of the manual includes:

  • science of jumping higher
  • nutrition
  • the workouts and exercises
  • where you should be mentally as an athlete to excel
  • fixing the body to make it a better working machine
  • learning how your body needs to recover from training

Workout Plan and Schedule

To do this, it splits the workouts into 14 day courses, where there’s a specific schedule of workouts and exercises for each day.

The workouts are divided into different sections including:

  • pre-workout tasks
  • warm-ups
  • stretching sessions
  • strength training sessions
  • plyometric training sessions
  • post-workout tasks
  • recovery sessions
  • rest days

Different days call for different sections to be done and everything is laid out in chart format that’s easy to follow. Some are off days where you don’t workout, other days are full workout days, and some are a mix of the two.
